Bills QB Josh Allen Braves Severe Nose Bleed During NY Jets Match: A Recap”
Josh Allen, the star quarterback for Buffalo Bills, and a 2025 MVP contender, shocked and worried fans during a recent game against the New York Jets. Allen was seen exiting the field with a nosebleed but returned shortly afterwards looking visibly uncomfortable. The 29-year-old athlete continued playing for the rest of the game with something stuffed in his nose to stop the bleeding.
The bleeding incident began in the first quarter when Allen took a hit to the face. He was reported as “bleeding profusely” and was then attended to by doctors and trainers on the bench. Following a second-and-7 play, Allen signaled to the sideline that he was coming out before jogging off the field for evaluation. He returned to the game in the second quarter.
Allen’s injury likely occurred during a designed quarterback running play where he tried to carry the ball up the middle. It’s thought that he was hit in the face by a Jets tackler, causing him to hit the ground.
The 2025 Buffalo Bills depth chart lists Mitchell Trubisky as the second quarterback, followed by running backs James Cook, Ray Davis, and Ty Johnson. Wide receivers include Keon Coleman, Elijah Moore, Khalil Shakir, Tyrell Shavers, and Joshua Palmer. Other key team players are detailed in the depth chart.
