Derek Fisher and Gloria Govan’s L.A. Residence Sold for less than $3 Million
Former NBA player, Derek Fisher and his wife, Gloria Govan have sold their Los Angeles mansion for under $3 million dollars. The house, a massive 4-bedroom and 4.5-bathroom property in Chatsworth, had originally been listed in January. Many consider the sale to be a bargain for the lucky buyer, owing to the luxury and the valuable amenities of the property.
Besides having a sophisticated Mediterranean design, the mansion also features high ceilings, a gourmet kitchen, an office cum library, two lofts, a three-car garage, a putting green, a full basketball court, and a fully covered dining room along with a BBQ pit. For under $3 million, it is considered as a steal deal.
Derek Fisher, who enjoyed a successful 18-season run in the NBA, retired in 2014. Instead of stepping away from the sport, Fisher took up coaching; initially for New York Knicks, and later for the Los Angeles Sparks in the G League until 2022. Despite the sale of his LA mansion, it is speculated that Fisher may be planning to relocate.
Recently, Fisher celebrated his 51st birthday on August 9. Still actively engaged with the sport, he continues to train young players, sharing his experience and valuable insights on the game.
