Megan Thee Stallion’s 2020 Shooting Case Takes Unexpected Turn Amidst her Budding Romance with Klay Thompson

New developments have arisen in Megan Thee Stallion’s 2020 shooting case. The situation comes to light as the rapper enjoys her flourishing romance with Klay Thompson, an NBA star player. Megan is currently dealing with a legal entanglement related to a shooting incident in 2020, where she was reportedly shot by Daystar Peterson, known as Tory Lanez.

Despite Peterson serving a 10-year prison sentence, his lawyers have introduced a new element to the case. A few days ago, both of Peterson’s appeals were dismissed by the judge. On 18th August, Peterson’s lawyer, Crystal Morgan, debated about the DNA evidence found on the gun.

Morgan argued, “It is actually slightly more likely that another member of the African American population touched this gun over Mr. Peterson.” She added, “If our jury had heard that Mr. Peterson maybe one in a million touched the gun, I believe that would have been enough to tip that scale and show reasonable doubt.” Back in 2020, the DNA found on the decisive gun was reported to be inconclusive. However, strong evidence, such as questionable text messages, indicated Peterson’s involvement.

Regarding the on-going case, Megan Thee Stallion and boyfriend Klay Thompson have remained publicly silent.
