Sony officially announces the upcoming games for PlayStation Plus Pass in September 2025. PS Plus users can look forward to a variety of new titles across different genres such as strategy, survival horror, action, and sports.

These games will be available from September 16, 2025, exclusively for users having Extra and Premium plans. Additionally, there are also free games that fall under the Essential plan. These games have been available since September 2, 2025.

The free games for PS Plus Essential tier are Psychonauts 2 (PS4), Stardew Valley (PS4), and Viewfinder (PS4, PS5). These games remain in the subscriber’s library and can be played as long as the Essential subscription is active.

For those with Extra and Premium subscription plans, they have access to WWE 2K25 (PS4, PS5), Persona 5 Tactica (PS4, PS5), Green Hell (PS4, PS5), Fate/Samurai Remnant (PS4, PS5), Crow Country (PS4, PS5), The Invincible (PS5) and Conscript (PS5) starting September 16, 2025. Premium tier subscribers also get access to classic content like Legacy of Kain: Defiance.

Sony offers three subscription levels with varying prices for these games. The Essential plan costs $9.99 per month, $24.99 for three months, or $59.99 annually. The Extra plan costs $14.99 per month, $39.99 every three months, or $99.99 per year. The Premium plan, on the other hand, costs $17.99 per month, $49.99 for three months or $159.99 annually.

These games offer a wide range of genres and styles. Even the Essential plans offer free games. However, having an Extra or Premium plan enhances the gaming experience by including bigger titles and legacy content.
