Tyreek Hill Praises Mike McDaniel’s Coaching Despite Dolphins’ Losing Streak | NFL News, The Times of India

Tyreek Hill, wide receiver for the Miami Dolphins, had some choice words for head coach Mike McDaniel following their third consecutive loss, this time to the Buffalo Bills. Although the Dolphins remain winless, suffering a 31-21 defeat on Thursday night at Highmark Stadium, Hill praised McDaniel’s energy on the sideline, referring to it as “hot piss.”

Despite the loss, Hill, who ended the game with 49 yards and a touchdown on five catches, openly backed McDaniel after the game. He expressed his appreciation for Coach McDaniel, stating that he loved him and was grateful for the opportunity to play for Miami. Hill spoke highly of McDaniel’s coaching and leadership during the game and expressed enthusiasm for the next match.

The game had a turning point when the Dolphins equalized the score at 21-21 in the fourth quarter, after quarterback Tua Tagovailoa connected with Hill for a five-yard touchdown. However, the tides shifted swiftly as Buffalo responded with another touchdown. Any hope of a comeback for Miami was promptly shut down when Tagovailoa threw a consequential interception to linebacker Terrel Bernard.

Tagovailoa’s interception marked his third consecutive game issuing one. His final count was 19 of 32 passes completed for 146 yards, one touchdown and one interception. On the other side, Buffalo’s quarterback Josh Allen put on a stunning performance, completing 22 of 28 passes for 213 yards and three touchdowns.

Despite Hill’s show of support for Coach McDaniel, the Dolphins’ downward spiral continues. They have faced defeats from the Indianapolis Colts, New England Patriots and now the Buffalo Bills in the 2025 season. Since 2022, McDaniel’s record with Miami stands at 3-14 against teams with a winning record and 25-12 versus those at .500 or below. The Dolphins are now at the bottom of the AFC East, boasting the league’s worst point differential at minus-41. The pressure is mounting as they prepare to face the New York Jets at home next week.
