Reports Suggest Hulk Hogan’s Death Might Be Linked to Medical Malpractice
A recent report by TMZ Sports has raised concerns that WWE legend Hulk Hogan, who passed away on July 24 at the age of 71, might have been a victim of medical malpractice. According to sources within the Clearwater Police Department, an occupational therapist was present at Hogan’s Florida home when he died.

TMZ Sports reported that the therapist informed the police that Hogan’s death might have been due to malpractice following an operation, either related to his heart or neck, which allegedly resulted in the severing of his phrenic nerve.
Insight from Hogan’s Therapist on His Passing
According to the reports, the therapist indicated that Hogan’s phrenic nerve was compromised during one of his recent surgeries. This nerve is critical for breathing, as it controls the diaphragm’s movement to facilitate air intake.
Hulk Hogan’s wife, Sky, and his daughter, Brooke, have confirmed the therapist’s claims, and an autopsy has been conducted, though details remain undisclosed.
Clearwater PD communicated with TMZ Sports, stating they are investigating the unique aspects of this case and are in touch with Hogan’s family.
